What is your processing time for a purchase?

​

Please see individual items for details as some items will be in stock, others will be made to order. My workbench time alters throughout the year due to my other part time job as a mental health nurse. If you need an item by a specific date please message me and I can let you know if this is possible.

​

How will my order be packaged?

​

All of my orders are hand packaged & I have taken time to consider my packaging to reflect my love of nature. So your jewellery will be packaged with care and will be within hand stamped boxes that can store the jewellery or be reused or recycled by the recipient. The boxes are eco friendly being brought locally and from sustainable sources. All jewellery is wrapped in acid free tissue paper which is great for storing silver. Outside packaging will bear my personalised stickers asking you to reuse too.

The purchase is a gift?

​

Your jewellery will be packaged as above, but your invoice will not be included. This can be emailed instead.

Should you wish a short personalised message attached let me know.

How will my parcel be sent?

​

All UK orders under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery.

All purchases over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which provide insurance for your purchase.

Can I upgrade my order delivery?

​

You can request Special Delivery on any order, this is via Royal Mail and costs £7.65. Please take note still of time frame for completion of your jewellery, especially for any custom design.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

​

At this present time only UK delivery is possible. On occasion i can by prior communication before purchase look to post outside of the UK, this is country dependent.

How quick will my order be posted?

​

Once an item is finished and payment cleared, it will be posted within 2-4 working days.

​

 

Customs and import taxes?

​

All customers are responsible for any import or custom taxes. At present I do not deliver to outside the UK, unless by special arrangement and agreement prior to a purchase.

My parcel didn’t arrive, what do I do?

​

Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if you feel your parcel hasn’t arrived , by all means contact me and I’ll confirm postage date. However I cannot be responsible for delays in the postal service (such as at busy times of the year), so please purchase in plenty of time for special dates. Also not that unless sent by Special Delivery Royal Mail do not insure jewellery sent via post.

Returns

​

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems, please contact us as soon as possible (or within the legal requirement of 14 days). You will need to be the purchaser in order that any agreed refund can be made.

Contact must be made with us prior to returning any item. Once agreed, please dispatch the item to us within one week, it must be with its original packaging, not be worn or having any signs of alteration. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning unwanted goods and must provide appropriate proof of postage.

 

Some exclusions do apply:

Pierced Jewellery - In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Website Refund policy.

Personalised JewelleryWe are unable to offer a refund on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide a refund on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way.

 

Getting your order right

 

Please make sure you check the items description, if you have any questions, just ask and I shall be happy to discuss. It is the buyers responsibility to select the correct length for a necklace or size for a bangle (please ensure you read the sizing sections). It is also the buyers responsibility to ensure that you put the correct address for your delivery. Please ensure you have updated your PayPal etc following a house move.
