Hi I’m Jo, and when I’m not working as a mental health nurse, I am locked away in my workshop making one off creations in the company of our beautiful rescue Staffy Belle. I am based in Rugby, Warwickshire, but still draw inspiration from living by the Devon coast for many years and now visiting as often as we can.
Introduced to the world of DIY & hammers by my grandad at a young age, It was only later in life that Silversmithing has found me. I am now several years into my Silversmithing journey, building my business step by step, making connections with my customers, and my love of nature along the way.
Each piece of jewellery I make is either a complete one off, or a small run of a design, each still unique due to its handcrafted nature. I have a very personal connection to every piece that I design and make. To me this enhances what you as a buyer receives, which is a piece of jewellery each step handmade by an independent artisan.
I use primarily Sterling and Fine silver with a touch of occasional gold. Gemstones will feature again soon i hope. Some designs take ages to emerge, whilst others may be a realisation at the workbench.
Jewellery to me is about making a connection to a feeling, to nature, or to a memory or loved one. Nature is a great inspiration and communicator. The woods and the ocean are my happy place.

With my love of nature i also want to ensure my business is eco aware. All my materials are purchased from UK suppliers to reduce my carbon footprint. Packaging I use is from sustainable sources and is recyclable. Not forgetting that jewellery itself can remain for lifetimes of wear or be recycled and repurposed.
